Online paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and delhivery etc. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost but can not guarantee the same. Note there is no COD(Cash On delivery) available for plants.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?

• There is free shipping for all online paid orders above Rs 500.00 within India.
• The shipping charge of amount upto Rs 75.00 will be applied if order is below Rs 500.00.
• Our delivery prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). As per the Government of India, withwishes.com is fully GST compliant.
• Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.
• For international shipping, please contact us at team@withwishes.com. There is no return policy for international shipping.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 - 5 working days (Metro cities). Orders would be shipped in one working day.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.
Time frame for order from dispatch date:

• Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-5 working days.
• Rest of India: 5-7 working days.

What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?
